A month of scrapbooking – day 4

Here we are at day 4 of my own scrapbooking challenge…“to complete an unfinished layout or create a new one from scratch every day for the next 30 days”.  Check out this first post here to get some more information on my children’s scrapbooks *day one*

Today’s layout is one that is repeated across all four scrapbooks.  As I have mentioned before I love having photos of all the kids in each album, siblings are such a constant part of their lives throughout their childhood and so I want this reflected in their albums too.  I do have photos of Pete and I in their albums also, however probably not as much as I need to (note to self-get some more photos of us in there 🙂 ).

For this page I just needed to add the date, I just added the year in this case.  I added each child’s age also as you can see above the photo, this shows me that the photo was taken towards the end of 2009 which I felt was enough information in this instance.  I simply printed out the details on some vellum and punched it out to layer on the paper already there.  Fast fuse is my pick to adhere vellum down.

The orange is Pumpkin Pie.  The designer series paper was one by Stampin’ Up! and is long retired now.

Any questions please let me know.
