We are currently enjoying a beautiful morning tea from Mum’s kitchen….
3 cups of SR Flour
1 cup cream
1 cup of lemonade
Handful of sultanas if required.
Mix together with a knife until well put together. Pat out onto a tray until an inch thick, don’t roll it.
Cut out your scone rounds with a glass or cookie cutter.
Mix one egg and milk to brush across the top.
220 degrees for 12-15 mins till cooked (hollow when tapped).
