After some recent Parent Information Evenings I made these Chocolate Boxes for the teachers who had given up their evening to help us prepare for the school year.
For the female teachers:
This one uses the DSP Woodland Walk in lots of layers of scallops, an easy effective way of decorating the front. This box is the right size for a 200g block of chocolate (which were on special when I needed them, whoo hoo!)
For the male teachers:
As you can see I added a little gift card with the stamp from the Hostess Stamp Set “Apple Blossoms”, I’m sure I’ll use it whenever I want to give “an apple to the teacher”.
This paper is retired, “Sweet Slumber”, I am still on a mission to use up all my scraps… The sentiment on the front of the chocolate box is from another Hostess Stamp Set “Afterthoughts”, a cute cheeky little set, the sentiment reads “just for you, so you don’t have to share”.
Hope you like it, I don’t think you can spoil our teachers enough! I know that I would never be able to do their job!!!
Happy Stampin’
Bec.
Love it! Yes…reward teachers whenever possible! It is also a great way to indirectly say….remember MY child and take extra special care of them!!!
