Christmas Countdown – Project 27

Here is a card that I made from inspiration from an older Catalogue.

For the sentiment on the bottom of the card I have used the “marker to stamp” technique.  Stamp Sets used are “Many Merry Messages” and “Occasional Greetings”.  I love the new wide grosgrain, Early Expresso has been used here with a bit of Linen Thread. Cardstock colours are Very Vanilla, Cherry Cobbler, Baja Breeze and Crumb Cake.

Christmas Countdown – Project 29

Here is a card that I made for a recent class, it is a CASE of one that I found on Pinterest by Mel Sharpe, you can find the original card here

merry little christmasThis is an awesome card to make in bulk and uses very few supplies (in fact it is one of the rare cards I have recently made that didn’t use the Big Shot).

Stamp Set: “Merry Little Christmas”, page 27 Holiday Catalogue.

Designer Series Paper: “Seasons of Style” page 23 Holiday Catalogue, you could also choose to use the Paper Stack on page 22.

Ribbon: Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding Ribbon page 173 Annual Catalogue.

Cardstock: Whisper White and Early Espresso.

Hope you like it!

Christmas Countdown – Project 35

Here is a very cute basket that uses the Scallop Envelope from the Big Shot.  I really love it the Christmas colours (Holly Jolly DSP has been used here), I also think it would be great for Easter as I think it would be awesome filled up with Easter treats!

Here it is from the back:

Once again I couldn’t resist popping heaps of gorgeous Big Shot flowers on the side, at least I’m getting great value out of the die!!!

Christmas Countdown – Project 36

Here is my favourite card using the retired “Dasher” stamp…

As you can see I used Cherry Cobbler (loving this new colour), Very Vanilla and Early Expresso (also love this new colour).  Striped Early Expresso ribbon, Petals a Plenty Embossing Folder with the Big Shot have also been used.  The sentiment is from the stamp set “Many Merry Messages”.
